Brilliant product, great beer, and the best customer service I have received from any company. A potential problem with the original brewing dock (which I didn't even encounter) was resolved without asking by replacement of the possibly faulty part. My second brew is still in progress but might be affected by insufficient mixing at the beginning of the process. I asked the Pinter team for advice and was responded to quickly with very good advice from Tinuke and the offer of a replacement kit. Thank you so much.

Excellent customer service. I had a problem with a failed brew, talked to Pinter and a replacement press was sent out. Rarely do you come across such efficient and helpful people.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars Possibly the best customer service I have ever encountered. I had a problem with the tap handle on my new Pinter 3 which Tinuke solved without batting an eyelid. I am extremely grateful for their care and attention to this happy customer. The product is great and the first brew is ready for tapping today.

This company is awesome! Don’t get me wrong, they’ve had their issues but what company hasn’t?! And at the end of the day, it’s home brewing… never gonna be perfect 100% of the time. That’s why there are constantly new products that improve on the last. If there are issues, I kid you not, their customer service are without a doubt the best I have ever encountered and will move heaven and earth to get your issues resolved. Even if that means sending complete replacements! I cannot fault them one bit. Recently dealt with Alex and Louise who resolved my issue fast with no effort from me. If you’re starting out home brewing. This is the place to be!

Pleasure brewing at home and refining the brew to my taste, will be trying all the brews as the ones I have made are fresh tasting no chemicals and mouth watering.
