THE OUTNET Tracking Order Status

Thank you Outnet for my lovely summer/beach dress . It is absolutely beautiful. The webshop has the most beautiful items and very good prices. Always the best fashion and quick delivery. I can always trust and makes me si happy.

i had an excellent shopping experience and will be using outnet to purchase further goods.

I have placed multiple orders with The Outnet and while the discounts were good, I won't order from them again due to the unreasonable customer service policies. (1) I ordered a pair of jeans for £123 that was reduced to £74 four days later. So, I placed an order for the exact same item at the cheaper price with the intention of returning the more expensive one I already tried on. After returning, The Outnet only refunded me £74 instead of £123 because they said each item has a unique code and I returned the £74 instead of the £123 jeans. I was not aware that each item had a unique code since they never displayed this clearly on their website, so I didn't keep track of which pair of jeans was which. I understand that this unique ID policy makes sense for certain things like luxury bags, but it makes no sense to me for jeans. I contacted customer service and they weren't willing to price match or offer any other solution or compromise (not even a discount code or store credit) so I'm basically paying £50 extra for a pair of jeans just because two of the same item on The Outnet website are apparently not the same item according to customer service. (2) As with the many other reviews here, I returned my package over a month ago and it is still stuck in the UPS warehouse. Customer service blamed me for not including the relevant customs forms even though I did and very securely taped them to the box. The Outnet also told me they don't have any resolution plan or timeline even though my returns have been stuck in transit for more than one month, which is mindblowingly unprofessional. They did pass some customs information to UPS yesterday but the package is still stuck in the warehouse and it remains to be seen if I'll ever get my money back.

I love shopping with THE OUTNET , and just have a look at the items every once in awhile.. I would love it if you offered the payment option through Tabby, please consider adding it to the payment options it would helpful. Thanks
