Visible Tracking Order Status

I loved this company when I signed up a year ago. The Visible Midnight phone they had sent me originally just went out, the screen decided not to work, and they told me I had to buy a new phone. Flash forward to $87 and 3 days later. I get the phone, go to insert my sim card and the tray gets unbelievably stuck. Couldn't get it out no matter what I did. So not only am I out $87 but no phone. Customer service was atrocious. They closed the online chat window (only way I could find to get help) before I could read and respond and when I tried to open up the transcript to see what was said to me before they closed it, it wouldn't download. I will never use this service again. Horrible when you have any issues! Cancelled

Vaya esto es espectacular 25 dolares por ilimitado pero la desventaja es que no hay tiendas para pagar pero Dios 25 dolares por hostpot ilimitado de 5mbps me encanta ya que otras compañías te bajan a 600kbps O 225kbps otras te cobran 25 dolares por 3 miserios gbs pero este este es el mejor y me encanta y no me arrepiento de comprarlo me encanta

I've looked for quite some time for a phone plan that would fit my budget better. One day I bumped into this phone carrier online, that I had never heard of. I made the switch to Visible By Verizon, and my looking for another carrier ended. I switched all my devices to Visible, and haven't regretted it any. There monthly payments are very affordable, and I just love the fast unlimited data, and esp. unlimited mobile hotspot! I have no reason to leave Visible By Verizon.

I haven’t had any real problems with visible. Although about two months ago I was short on paying my bill via my card. I contacted customer service and explained that I just needed another few hours so that stores could open back up and I could fund my account. They offered me no real help with it except to refer me to a program which helped pay your bill. I thought awesome this will help. Well they fail to tell you that your account has to be active! So I still had to pay the bill before I could even apply the credits that the program offered. What’s the point in doing that if I am already having issues paying it? Plus it takes up to 4 days for approval so you’d have to know a good week in advance that you didn’t have the money at which point I would’ve made sure to have it already on my card! Some of their customer service is extremely unhelpful while others are pretty helpful and understanding. No problems really with service and if I have a question I can jump right into the app.

I've had visible for about 8 months now I absolutely love them and I've never had an issue with anything. No service issues at all. Can't beat it.
