Water Butts Direct Tracking Order Status

Hopeless. In my opinion completely over priced for something you then have to self build. Poor customer service as well.

I am very pleased with my new water butts, they look really good and appear to be excellent quality. I must also praise their excellent customer service. A tap failed to arrive with one of them and it was arranged for it to be sent direct to me, which it was, and it arrived very promptly. Thank you.

i advise anybody looking to buy a water butt to go directly to the manufacturer as they were a lot cheaper in my case [enduramaxx] this is just a sell it on at a profit outfit do your homework

Awful service, placed order for a water butt and connector, received confirmation with an order number sent instructions on how to fit both, took payment,then sent connector,so I chased the water butt to be told I would get in in the next seven days, then a further email saying they had checked and I had nothing on order, Amateurs at best

Ordered a large waterbutt. It was despatched very quickly and we are very happy with the quality of the product. Would buy again. Thank you!
