Frugi Tracking Order Status

Recently I bought a jacket and a beanie for my wee one and had to return the jacket. The return was not easy or free by any means. I had to post it and pay for it (amounted to £9 roughly) myself. Also, this is the first time I paid for a non-outlet store/ purchase. I don’t think that I will purchase any time from this store. Even if I want to buy anything from this brand, I’ll be better off shopping from the Next store.

Lovely clothes, bright and cheerful and superb quality

Some clothes were either oversized or smaller. However, to return those items, we needed to pay for return postage. Disappointed!
