Yankee Candle Tracking Order Status

Ho acquistato per la prima volta online e devo dire che il servizio clienti è stato super professionale, ho avuto problemi con la consegna, dunque non un problema loro ma di corriere, essendomi stato recapitato il pacco in ritardo mi hanno risarcito del 20%, super soddisfatta, sicuramente ordinerò ancora. Grazie

Very nice candles. The aroma is great and they last a long time compared to others !!! A little pricy but you get what you pay for !!!! Good Job !!!

Non seulement le transporteur a déposé mon colis dans un point relais au lieu de le déposer chez moi comme je l'avais validé sur ma commande mais en plus, une bonne partie des brûlés parfums sont arrivés ouverts. Je ne recommande absolument pas de passer par le site Web pour se procurer quoi que ce soit chez Yankee Candle. Très déçue de cette commande.

I bought 30 candles to give as a gift to my customers on Thanksgiving, only 27 arrived, and two of them were damaged. I spoke to Belinda Garcia at chat online, she promised me to send 3 candles that were missing and 2 more candles to replace the damaged ones. Okay, I received only 3 candles were missing, the damaged ones, I haven’t receive. No one responds anymore… Bad after sales service, no control and consideration for their clients at all. Very disappointed. That’s my first and last experience with Yankee Candle, for sure!!!!!
