Freedom Tracking Order Status

Ordered a sofa and waited months more than expected. Their delivery communications are unclear - date of delivery is date movers pick it up from the warehouse not date it gets delivered to one’s house. I am however pleased with the sofa quality and it’s exactly what I ordered. Just ordered homewares advertised on their site as being deliverable within days only to get an email stating it will be over a month.

We we attended the Mandurah store in WA recently and we were assisted by Kylie J. We've bought our fair share of furniture over the years and we were very happy with the service and time spent by our CSR. Kylie was extremely friendly, very bubbly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable in both the company products and the styling as an experienced interior decorator. This made the process of choosing our furniture so much easier and she gave us ideas we wouldn't of thought of. She brought out the designer in my hubbie, who knew he could be so creative. We're really looking forward to our delivery in the next few weeks and transforming our home.

Love the Zanzibar charcoal lounge chaise for my balcony. Rated only 3 star because of the delivery service. The packaging that it came with could not fit through the main door! Asked the delivery man to remove packaging but he said he would not be able to bring it in if the box was removed! Very unhelpful and just ridiculous!

This is specifically about Freedom online and the dispatching store (cannonvale WA). I live in Queensland and was a bit surprised when the online order was sent from WA but never mind. Except the mirror arrived broken I doubt it left the store that way, but the refund process was prompt and exceeding reactive and polite. Thank you!

Good experience at Geelong Freedom store. Merccy was very helpful, patient and explained everything well. Very happy.
