Nanit Tracking Order Status

Similar to lots of the other reviews below I was very unpleasantly surprised when one day all of the features suddenly went behind a paywall. We had been loving it before that. Biggest loss was the ability to see what had happened a few minutes before. If you are in another room and get a notification of sound/movement you want to be able to see what happened. Now all you can do is see the live feed. I can see why some premium features were add ons (breath tracking, big data storage) but surely you can give users 5mins of history so they can see what happened to have them notified... this was originally sold to us as part of the package and the reason why we purchased Nanit over others

Nice system. Everything you “liked” or “saved” goes away the second your child turns 1 year old. Then even a notification that you missed from 5 minutes ago requires you to pay for an annual plan. Crazy for how much you pay for the entire system. I’m pretty sad about it to be honest.

I have been with the Nanit for 1 month, and I am kind of happy with it, but I am writing this review to please ask the company to make easier to turn the volume of the white sound, birds, etc. Please put + and - options so it can be regulated more easily, now it is difficult to turn it just a bit up or down. It can be very messy, please update this now.

I bought my Nanit in 2019. It's a great product, but they simply do not offer a repairing service. When it works, it's great. But once you have any technical problem and it stops working, there's no way you can have it repaired. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's very expensive and if you have any problem (temperature/humidity innacuracy, voice doesn't go through, music doesn't play, the camera does not connect to any wi-fi anymore), yoy cannot have it repaired or changed. It's a pity, really. I've tried different repairing options. I even sent it back to US, from where I bought it, and no company repairs it, including Nanit itself.
