Psycho Bunny Tracking Order Status

Since November i have had at least 7 orders either fully refunded or partially refunded yet the same items in the size i wanted remain on the website as available . They are quick to charge your credit card but then say it may take several days to refund you- is it actually legal to actually charge you for products they know they dont have in stock at all? Their clothes if they do actually arrive are good quality you just cant rely on the order being fulfilled

I've been to the Vancouver, BC store and most recently to the Honolulu, HI store. In both cases customer service has been excellent. I don't know about mail order as it's too expensive to get it shipped to Hawaii, where I live. Vancouver was my first exposure to the brand and while expensive, due to the exchange rate, pricing was better than in the U.S. Initially I was skeptical of the look, but the clothing (polos, t-shirts, hats) is well made. In Vancouver I got a hat, beanie and t-shirt, with subsequent purchases in 2024 at the Honolulu store, and I am now definitely a fan. Main negative is that you have to line dry the apparel. I wish they would adjust their shipping charges to Hawaii so I can get stuff that is not available in the store.

I dunno what people are talking about... This place is amazing. They are very nice if not a little slow to hit you back.. but they always fix things... I've been gifted a 210$ sweater cause they sent the wrong one and I needed the white and black ver. For a formal to do... They said keep the sweater we sent and the one you ordered is already in the mail were sorry and hope you like your new sweaters. Like that's too level... I don't expect that ever again but they are that nice and the clothing is all too drawer material and the fit and finish or so called build quality is absolutely of the highest level or damn near the embroidery is OP AF. Always. It doesn't distort the sweaters ... It's just a great brand and company all around top notch.

I will start by saying that I love their clothing and the quality is very good! Love their styles and designs as well, something different and new! Unfortunately that's where the pros end, they clearly have a lot of money considering they have just opened a few new stores in Canada and in Yorkdale mall, I have also noticed heavy advertising at bus stops around Toronto (again not cheap). However this company is run by a bunch of amateurs, I ordered 5 items on my first order and received 1, no idea why everything was out of stock? Second order was over $1500, they had no idea if my items had shipped or not, and claimed that it was shipped but I never received any tracking info, I only received about 4 items out of about 15-20. Had to plead with them that my order was lost and finally got them to refund my money. Their customer service also needs massive improvement, I called for 3 days straight and nobody answered my call, even email responses took days. I decided to place a third order for black Friday sales as they were offering some great discounts, once again almost 90% of the items I ordered were out of stock, they had no idea why...I mean why does a company list items on their website if they are not available??? They replaced my items since I did not want to loose the sale discounts, but once again had no idea that they were shipped out and did not have any tracking info. Very mismanaged and they need a lot of improvement on their systems and customer service considering their products are not cheap. Buyer beware.

Great T shirts, flattering fits, absolutely horrible shipping. 4 weeks to get my order from the US just to a sorting center in Canada (ordered Nov 5, and as of Dec 2 its only *just* made it to a processing center in AB), where it will probably sit for another 7 - 10 days before being delivered. I like their stuff, but I'd never buy anything online from these guys again.
